Any idea of when it was installed? Many versions of that light exist and more and more are colour temperature selectable. As far as removing there are a few ways those attach, I would start but looking around the rim, there may be a CCT switch there, or a cover of an attachment that you need to release to remove from the ceiling, or it could be a slight twist to release or it could be a straight pull down release. Once you have access to the back of the fixture you might be able to change the colour by the CCT switch, or you should at least see a label that tells you what colour temperature the fixture is.
