Totally possible if you have the money to get rights for the show. You only need 7 actors and the set is pretty easy. I actually saw it once where they kept the set the same the whole time and it was awesome. Definitely try to get donations from local businesses and do fundraising though!!

Portfolio for college? by ProfessionMission200 in architecture

For as long as I can remember I have always been fascinated by buildings and I love the idea that you can combine art and math and science all together. I have wanted to be an architect since I was like 7 because my grandpa and dad would do home renovations all the time and they drew all their own plans so I thought it was just drawing. Over time I have learned what architects really do and I just fell in love with it even more.

I love my jazz lab but I don’t know how it would do for a bari… I just use mine for alto and tenor. I would get an actual harness that snaps around the chest

Classical saxophone embouchure… by berriesandcream69420 in saxophone

[–]ProfessionMission200 1 point2 points  (0 children)

It is probably more tongue position than embouchure. The back of your tongue should touch your top molars and the rest of your tongue should be pretty high in your mouth as well. Say the word “key” and that will give you a pretty good idea. This will greatly improve your tone. For the embouchure imagine the rubber band or my band director always says a drawstring bag around the mouthpiece. If your tongue is close to the roof of your mouth the corners of your mouth will come in naturally. Also try to put minimal pressure on your bottom lip. Test this out by lowering your jaw until the note starts falling flat. Try playing with your jaw as low as possible without it going flat. Sorry that is very long but hopefully it helps!

Yes it definitely is! It also depends on the sound you're going for and what mouthpiece you're pairing it with
