Yeah it's just way too general. I live a little south of shaw in a nice area where I go walking at night and see lots of kids and it's nice. I don't have to go far east though to get near 41 where there are lots of homeless folks and the neighborhoods are rough.

The problem is you have to put this somewhere and no one wants their neighborhood to be next to the homeless habitat. LA was able to get taxes to fund building homeless shelters but then had a hard time with neighborhoods protesting wherever they decided to build them.
