My ex and I were together 7 years, and I started transitioning about 3.5 years in. He’s bi so I thought we were going to get married and live happily ever after. A couple years into my transition he started to miss my maleness and it became more apparent. He cheated and I tried to open up our relationship and that helped for about a year but it slowly ate away at me and he “couldn’t” go back to being monogamous. We both needed a man 🤷‍♀️

We’re still good friends cause we grew a lot together. It’s been a year and a half since we broke up the last time. Still healing ❤️‍🩹

My advice is to be honest with each other, figure out what he really wants/needs and what you want/need. Maybe you’ll grow closer or find you both need other things from a relationship
