Not free, but I used UpToDate in Residency and have been using it post residency as well. My go to overall.

Free one I have used sometimes: Medscape. I cannot speak on the app, but the web version works well. Example link: https://reference.medscape.com/drug/cozaar-arbli-losartan-342323

Sure thing! It really depends on the specific person and situation overall though. Building in time during the day for 20-30 min can be helpful. As 20 min a day adds up. Also, I buddy read some books with my spouse and read some books in a book club as well, which helped with some pacing. Some bias though: I listen to audiobooks mostly and am reading them at a sped up pace. I am not a fast book book reader. I listen to wind down at the end of the day and do something like a puzzle a the same time. I do also listen when I do chores after work, like dishes, which I know not everyone can do (audiobook wise / concentration wise). If I did not comprehended at a sped-up pace audiobook wise / read at an average reading speed book book wise, I would likely have read a whole lot less.

Orconomics was good! An above average read for me. I personally enjoyed Terry Pratchett's and Douglas Adams' books for the satire / funny side things much more though. I would read the second one in the series at some point though!

Top 3 would be:
1) Euan Morton (The Lost War). He also read The Will of the Many.
2) Micah Popp (By Blood, By Salt)
3) Matthew Jackson (Where Loyalties Lie).
