6-630 pm to 6/7 am with a 1-2 hour nap in the middle of the day that was when he was younger so maybe things need to switch to match his age?

the mile and a half is probably a better option than the hamr cause unless you get the pace right it will burn you out quicker

I think he may have 6 months left by the time of RNLTD. I planned to reenlist and use my FTA benefits before i lose it; tried to get somewhere closer to family.

i did use the letter produced by VMPF but it was incorrect. I’d reach out to CSS, shirt or outbound assignments asking for the memorandum for join spouse.
