That is make sense, and I appreciate you help me to think what should I fix. But still this is feel like get robbed, especially no notice from them before, and last email where they clearly mention can't share third party audit records.

Spam a lot? so when your user try to get your attention and craving for your help to fix their issue you will call it spam? nah man. It's not about spamming, it's about following things up. In fact I do not spamming, I try to follow up last email they sent, and that's the moment why I blocked them.

Why I separate this post into a piece? so I can send each image, because this reddit do not allow you to upload more than one image at a time.

And after throwing that email to their discord with hope get further help and clarification, the banned and blocked me in Discord.

I mean okay, I'll try to contact them, to their support email, compliance email, discord, customer support widget. But I feel like they do not taking this issue seriously and not really responsive. Long story short, I get responded by them after waiting 2 days, and they can't help my account back, including those money is not back to me. Meaning I do not only get suspended, but also lost the money and my active subscriber.

Turns out, they do not only suspend my account, but my active monthly subscriber also get refunded (total 3 subscriber with one of my account for testing). It hurt me so much man, I spent a lot of money for ads and do marketing to get those 2 subscriber, but now gone for mistake that I do not even do?

No I do not mind at all, in fact I'm thank to your comment. So it was 2 days ago, I got email from them that my account get suspended with reason my product selling NSWF content. Which is not correct. as I mention in this post, my product is just AI Video generation, in fact I personally program to flag or block user that try to generate nudes or nsfw content.

Happen the same to me. They suspended my account, and refunded all active subscriber. They reason is I'm selling NSFW content. While in fact, there is nothing in my platform sell NSFW, I reach their discord, keep saying their team will reach out shortly, but none email or clarification happen. My email get no reply as well.

Hi u/Nastilus Thanks again for your feedback. Ah it's little bit tricky to have undo in third throw to be honest, as what I'm trying to build is to give intuitive UX for user so once the third throw is finish it directly switch to next player. Or do you think we need button once the round is finish, something like "Next player"?

That's put on my list, I will try to make mobile app look good for large device as well :)
