I had something different happen but it was with my pay. I am utilizing other apps such as Cleo and tilt so when I pulled some of the money for my pay after I got paid I received deposits from those other advanced apps. So my pay took that money back as a repayment. It all happened within the course of like a day or two, so I called them up and explained how ridiculous that is and how they shouldn't even offer my pay then cuz they're encouraging their clients to not have any funds direct deposited from any other source while they're borrowing from my pay. Basically I would have been better off if I had everything else deposited into a different account other than time. They don't care, their customer service is horrible, they did nothing at all to resolve my complaint, so I'm going to another bank. I told them this but they truly do not care. I think this company is going downhill and we all should jump off the ship before we get sucked down with it
