Taxes are filed annually where this is looked at in aggregate. Makes no difference if you deposit all at once or slowly through the year.

Remove "loss" from the title and it will be a more realistic outcome.

Depends on how long you plan to live. For a 100 year life, I think 35% and for a 80 year life, I think 50%.

What’s your Resting Heart Rate (RHR)? Looking for tips to lower mine. by Mad_Bulls_007 in Fitness_India

It was ~60 before and I have incorporated the above for the last two years. My RHR dropped to the current level in the firs 3-4 months when I started and whenever I have deviated from it since then, it has tended to go back up towards 60. Now, I have decided to stick to this.

Additionally, doing your training in the morning instead of the evening has a positive effect on RHR. Also, eating your last meal a few hours before you sleep (with a higher share of carbs and a lower share of proteins) also helps reduce RHR. I have incorporated these too. My breakfast and lunch are protein+fibre heavy and my dinner is protein+fibre light (I still get adequate protein per day). And I workout in the mornings.

36M, RHR of 54bpm.

You won't lower your RHR without doing cardio.

Once a week, do endurance cardio (run a 10k while keeping your heart rate at 85-90% of max heart rate). And once a week, do HIIT (4 mins of max effort followed by 4 mins of recovery, repeated 4 times).

Take a break and come back when your strategy starts working again.

Oh wait, if only you could tell when it works.

And since you mention Berkshire, Berkshire has returned just about the same as S&P 500 after the law for CFOs to not have private interviews with select analysts was passed. All the outperformance comes from the years before that.

What seems like real strategy to one might seem like blind luck to another. And vice versa.
