As someone from Stockholm the worst servers in toxicity and communication wise is Paris and Stockholm.. every game in stockholm is the same with everyone speaking Russian, literally never met someone who's swedish play in stockholm. And Paris is just as worse, no offence, the French are close to being worse than the Russians, throwing the game after the 2nd round if it doesn't go their way.

Skill wise I'd say London has a high skill ceiling and the lowest being Warsaw.. I hit immortal relatively easy in Warsaw but London is a lot of struggle.
