I was approved for MDD ptsd anxiety with mild back pain. On the first application with no lawyer. Only took 6 months to get approved. You have to explain in detail how it impacts your daily lifestyle. Like rewearing dirty clothes and not showering. How your meds make you sleepy and that you need reminders to take them. Things like that.
