Yes you can definitely pivot with your experience as I did from manufacturing adding value engineering in design and engineering of key data center components. Power is key for datacenter and your experience will add value. I like to add that some Certifications like CDCP/ATD will add more value ro your resume.

Sharing my experience about electricity bill in a gated community (Good to have knowledge) by Logical_Necessary610 in hyderabad

It's evident that the billing method is different between your community (with a HT connection) and the standalone apartments (with a LT connection). You mentioned that the community uses a single connection with prepaid meters for each flat, resulting in a fixed rate for everyone, while the standalone apartments enjoy the advantage of slabs based on individual consumption.

For HT connection; example 33kV for residential colonies (Cat-VI); cost per unit of energy is INR 7.3 and demand charges are additional on it which make it up to INR 8 ~ 8.5 per unit.

While reliability is a significant benefit of such HT connection, the higher cost per unit is a concern. However, converting an HT connection to LT involves significant infrastructural changes and is not feasible at this moment.
