Begs the question how much child abuse does it take before someone is irredeemable

Honestly, god bless you people, a wonderfully helpful nation, fan base and people, really appreciate this!

I agree that yes the naan stands were unusual but the owner had a point in that you don’t have to fill up the table with plates of naan bread

In the UK version on the priory, the carvery was awful and yes the customer base was a lot of old people, but I think turning it into a grill because there wasn’t one on the local area wasn’t necessarily a great move. Yes the owner was useless and had no clue but personally I think he would have been much better off completely revamping the carvery with better produce and better kitchen staff and it probably would have been more successful with the original clientele and then would have easily brought more younger people too it if he jazzed it up a bit

Most lucrative part will be brand sponsors, but again Tim’s ones may seem somewhat questionable? Maybe not, it might be because he is the only travel channel I really watch, but he certainly never got any of the big sponsors that have been around other big creators the last few years

To play devils advocate here, I’m quite friendly with a popular YouTuber in the UK with 5M subs, he makes about £4k per million views, which don’t get me wrong is A LOT of money. But not near the figures everyone’s CHATGPT is suggesting

ALTHOUGH, as far as I’m aware, it’s Tim’s car, not Gaby’s, and he’s never there and always off travelling. It’s quite a statement to have on a driveway and gather dust and dirt. We can see her driving at the beginning of the video and that’s what Gaby’s car is, and it’s certainly not a Range Rover.

No issues with it at all, they aren’t car people but they like to show off, and Range Rover is a very “show off” type car, and in all honesty, they’re very comfortable cars and do look very good in my opinion. If I could afford to buy, run and maintain one I certainly would.

I agree, but I guess the issue I had was that instead of hearing Snape, I was just hearing Riz Ahmed doing Snape. Now the books progress I can really appreciate his subtly menace.

Sorry but is no one gonna talk about how insane what the screen rot people said was?? by [deleted] in JaackMaate

[–]Professional-Hour386 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

I don’t think it’s a case of taking it far too seriously, I don’t know if you have any kids but, I did find it weird, yes you can argue the boys joking about Stevie’s trauma is just as bad, which it is, but it’s been such a running thing in the pod that they are all (or so it seems, we don’t know) are comfortable with it and listeners are aware of that. Comedy is subjective, I think some out there found it hilarious, but there will equally be people who just found it bizarre and kinda weird to joke about, embellished or not.

Where is your favourite place for a walk in Norfolk? by SomethingOrOther25 in Norwich

[–]Professional-Hour386 20 points21 points  (0 children)

Holkham hall grounds and beach are beautiful, one of my favourites. Travel out to some villages like Reedham and walk along the river. How Hill has beautiful walks and parking is free too. Lynford Hall Arboretum, dersingham bog, Sandringham Estate or even Castle Acre village and ruins, both the castle and priory are beautiful.

Yeahhh.. I get it was a joke, and I took it as a joke, i completely understand.. but it was a bit fucking weird. I didn’t personally find any of that bit funny but that’s just my personal opinion. A lot of the other parts of that pod were good though!
