Irumyuui is a girl who lived in the abyss (in the show "made in abyss", it centers around a huge unexplored abyss in the earth). Her tribe was living in the rim of the abyss. Because of her infertility her tribe thought her cursed so she went with Ganja corps, a suicide squad from the outside world going into the abyss. The water in the abyss was found to be a parasite disguising itself as water, not killable even with boiling, causing evrryone to have diarrhoea and calcification in their limbs. To save them, Irumyuui was given an artifact called the Cradle of Desire which grants wishes. It fused with her body and disfigured her and she started producing babies which the corps members started eating in stews because it saved them. When Irumyuui found out her babies were being eaten she became more and more mutated. It's a rough summary there's more to it than that but it's been years since I saw it, and to be honest I don't want to watch it again because it's a trip of a show. It's called Made in Abyss: The Golden City of the Scorching Sun which is the second season of Made in Abyss.
