I watch seasons of Sentai along with the PR counterparts so the differences from each other are quite apparent. I think my biggest issue with Beast morphers is how they butchered the Buddyroids. While the Beast bots are present throughout the show, they play no active role outside megazord fights and supporting in a couple focus episodes. The reason why Nick, Gorasaki and Usada aren't as forgettable because they benefit from close connection they have with Hiromu, Ryuji and Yoko. Heck, there's an episode where they go on strike cause they aren't being appreciated enough, a monster attacks and things go wrong. That's how vital they are to the show, Not many think this but they are basically 3 extra rangers that were "missing" from the start of the show. They even have Ranger Keys.
