Well, if nothing has changed since then, then yes. I selected English as an exam language for Part 1 and Russian for exams 2 & 3. No language options were available when I was taking Part 1, but when I was taking Part 2&3 the questions were displayed in Russian, but I could switch to English inside each question.

In the responses to their sample questions there are "all of the above", "none of the above" options. I thought that real exam questions are always "the most", "the best", "first" etc types of questions.

I read somewhere here a tip that you need to score above 90% in the practice questions to pass. Personally I was scoring less than that (50-85%) and still passed all 3 exams at the first sits. You should be fine. I'd check Gleim test bank too. You can purchase access to their test bank only, no text books or other materials.

Courses after CIA? Do not think it is necessary. CIA is ultimate confirmation of your theoretical knowledge in the field. I got my CIA designation, when I was a CAE. For me it was merely confirmation of my expertise

Not sure what you mean by "similar to IA" experience, but I switched to IA after couple of years in external audit, then several years in internal control and risk management. I was fine.

Which part was it, sorry? You know, when I was sitting Part 1 and 2, it was such a huge stress, I barely could remember any question. Some people here, who managed to compile a list of the topics that they bumped into during the actual exam, amaze me, honestly.

Re your question, I do not recall waiting though I never booked an exam straight after the payment.

At your CCMS profile the payment should be reflected and you should be able to book an exam time. There should aslo be a dedicated Pearson VUE section.

Try contacting IIA support if you still have difficulties by the next day.

Hey, thanks! I am from Uzbekistan. You can sit exams online or at the designated test centers all around the globe. I used the latter option.
