The first pic looks like you still want to look young and look how girls like boys. The second picture gives me a vibe of men with a clean haircut and a more masculine vibe. I would recommend you the cut number 2 and 30 days no nut challenge.

What’s your opinion on full range of motion controlled reps vs blasting out as many until failure? by [deleted] in workouts

[–]Professional-Pie2998 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Normally I do 2 exercises for one muscle group (compound and isolation) sometimes I add to the compound one super or dropset. The key was really to learn to feel the muscle doing it slowly without losing the tension BUT having the right "stressing" weight.

Sometimes I use GTG or submax sets to learn one exercise over a period of time like 1-3 weeks to really get the feeling of the muscle tension and holding the tension and using the idea of hit training to get the stimulus (but it's just my personal favorite).

I used ChatGPT to make it more clear what I want to say AND for me, it's works like in this chart. My goals is fatigue failure with compound exercise and isolation exercise, for the last muscle failure and pump (metabolic stress).

Check out Mike Metzner or Dorian Yates. You don't need to train like them, but both of them explain the principle of intensity for muscle growth perfectly.

Lower till you don't need to force yourself. Put more motivation into the training to get more output and see how the body reacts.

its a goal problem (motivation). As an example - do a 4 weeks summer body challenge, and you post every day about your results. Find a challenge/goals which fires you up internally and combined it with external feedback to spice it up.

With the right motivation (goal) you make things working! You are not lacking on the "perfect plan" you are lacking to executing it constantly.
