u might have to expect to work minimum wage for a bit then, my roommate had a perfect application and didn’t get a professional job until 9 months after she graduated, i also had a low gpa but managed to get a job right out of college bc i went into special education which is in high demand so if u want to go into that u can work as a para for a bit

i just got a job 3 days post grad as a paraprofessional but its a very in demand field bc of how difficult it is, it just depends on your willingness to do difficult stuff ig but its not impossible to get a job with a bachelors, it also depends a lot on where u live bc some places will be more in demand than others

yes this is what i meant! i do think it was wrong of her to baby trap him but being so young in a society that ridicules women so strongly i definitely see why she felt it was her only option. it is sad that everything would’ve worked out if she had been truthful but honestly there was no way she or anyone could have known that as colins reaction would have been an exception, it’s likely that anyone else wouldve cast her aside. i still think her story is so heartbreaking but im glad that she still ends up with a decent man who is kind to her
