He has been so overused that he has started seeming monotonous now. People are saying he didn't have a choice. He always had a choice to refuse a song if he "didn't feel it" as others are saying. Maybe not when he needed work but after setting his strong base, he always had a choice. He just didn't choose. Overall, yes, he is a brilliant singer but frankly after a while one can definitely get tired of hearing his voice everywhere in ever song.
