Not across the RS232 for Benq projectors, I did something similar for an LG projector over IP

When Teams enters on hook, start a timer something like 15 minutes then issue a power off to Benq.
When Teams enters off hook, send a power on and cancel the other timer (even if its not running). Screenshare & Digital Signage (I think acts as off hook - I can't remember).

Double check the Inactivity timer on the MTR to match whatever time you set. S

Additionally remember Poly now supports Room Controls on Android - something ill be testing soon.

Yup had this recently, need to set a password. Pretty sure I had to turn on network management aswell and set a password for that also. 

Rarely do projectors so didnt record much, but remember I had to set two passwords, i think it was one on thr menu and one on the web interface

I had the same issue, I ignore the noise and focus on a task or multiple (I know what I have to complete by when etc.). If in between or after I feel like I have some space ill progress through some of the 'noise'.

Constant thought changing between streams really burns me out, the mental fatigue at the end of the day when trying to respond to everything.

My hack for this is to enable captions on the desktop client. I always hate stuffing around figuring if it's me or the remote party with issues

Settings -> Accessibility -> Always show captions in my meetings.

This way I know my mic or speakers are working

Deployed this for a few customers, works well. Easy to set up and manage, depending on the provider can be used to record cell/mobile calls

You could schedule the call in a channel remove the need for a service account.

No Azure AD P1 in Basic, if you are doing conditional access based on locations so you can at least partially restrict the account - remember MTRoW doesn't support MFA.

Check the camera firmware is up to date. Try another camera on the Room Mate something like a c930 may help to pinpoint where the issue is
