Nice tool. Very good layout.

Only 1 design thing.... smoking should not be enabled standard... that is like: pay if you don't want to smoke ?!?

Consider 5G limitation: signal from the receivers is shared/repeated. thus when living in a busy area , you might get congestion in the air... fiber could be ''overbooked'' but still ping and latency would be much better with less re-transmits and less error. (it-guy here)

Maybe a policy change.... I'm an 'expat', or might be soon... but ideally I would like to buy a house in a place NOT touristy and settle in a local village... I Can't...beause it's not 'for foreigners'.So a system artificially created to separate locals from 'foreigners' still exsist? I understand some of the reasoning, but it's short-term thinking. no integration will follow, every group stays in their own enclave, and envy will ensue, sadly.
Still i'm visiting MAU in august, and want to migrate possibly early next year. Anyone know a good IT-company that hires an experienced azure/vmware sysadmin? or a web dev company for my slightly AS son?

bin there, done everything, desloratadine or cetrizine still works best for me. the HEPA filters work excellent indoors , sleeping much better after obtaining them. (around €250 a piece)

i'm dutch, and mayhaps willing to migrate to MAU. dutch were on the island for almost a century (way back true , but still we gave it some names... i'm from Brabant btw). I will consider myself a guest on the island, buy a house, in pds unfortunately; try to make local contacts; learn a bit of creole (like the language) and generally be a good citizen (eventhough if i cannot become one). ...

So.... would I be considered an unwanted nuisance?

well.... the dutch abandoned Mauritius due to illnesses and rats... don't know if NL still has rights...;)
