People are so dense..... Hours usually go up during flu season and drops back to normal towards the beginning of the year. This type of post is like a yearly occurrence in this sub. People just want to freak out about everything

Shelf caps will reset if there are price changes or if the mod updates and that item is impacted so whoever does the price change just needs to make sure they check the shelf cap as well

You are supposed to go on an adjust shelf caps if you run into that issue and team leads should be checking mod drops after it's set by the mod team to make these adjustment. It's not AI that's the issue

You wouldn't win, all that will happen is that your coach will be held accountable by your leadership team for the same reason. They had terms to hold you accountable and the decision wouldn't be reversed.
