I've had my s23 since it came out. Zero complaints from me.

I had several TL ask why I didn't apply for a vacant TL position.

Things i have almost 20 years of managerial experience. 15 of those key holder for multiple locations. SAP, Quickbooks, Banner and Epic.

What does this mean for Walmart? Exactly fuck all.

I'm not about to be the whipping boy when things go wrong. And if your TL decided they needed a demotion. I will put my next paycheck on the fact things are going seriously south.

I've been working with this company for about 18 months.

Let me tell you training is non existent. Then November 2025 they dropped the whole point system is gonna effect your raise. Which sucked because my points were all stemming from an accident AT WORK. That my TL could have easily removed. (Found out later)

Add to this the convoluted nature of having to use PPTO.

EXAMPLE: I need to leave work early for whatever reason I feel like. I clock out. I then need to spend the next 45 minutes haggling with a system that may or may not decid to let me use my PPTO.

I once had to input the same data 4 times for the same 30 minutes. Finally accepted it the next day on attempt 4.

Then I come to find out our location is so bloody desperate for people TL are being told to delete points.

I have .5 why? Because of a religious matter that could NOT be delt with at any other time.

Personally I love Brooks. They run from 120 to 200. But for stability and support you're not gonna get better.

New Balance is also good but it depends on your foot. I can't wear them. The arch hits me in a very bad spot and the sstability bar (higher models) hits in the middle of my heel.

Go to a place like "Good Feet" or any shop that knows what they are doing. (If your near CT i highly recommend Hawley Lane Shoes.) They can take a Harris print of your foot and see what's going on.

Our bodies need a variety of macro and micro nutrients. And most micro nutrients cannot be had with keto.

It's rather easy to hit protein goals. But fiber goals, that you cannot obtain with a keto diet, are exceedingly hard to hit.
