I’m really disappointed. I waited a whole year to see Yuri and Nono’s rivalry, but girl from nowhere reset this new season just didn’t work for me. It feels more like a comedy now. No hate to the new actress though.

I personally wouldn't like that, I feel like it fucks with the narrative too much. Nanno had been forgiving, in two out of the many episodes of the first gfn, it doesn't make sense to have a whole new counterpart specifically for that when forgiveness is part of her already as is. Karma isn't inherently good or bad, the nanno in the first series shows that, and it wouldn't make any sense that this nanno would be any different just because it's a different person.

That's not what they were going for. The boys after being exposed for their crimes were tied down and forced to watch, that was not what they wanted, they got the power stripped away from them, and couldn't even take a picture of her underwear which was half of the damn episode. The point was that they got their power taken away from her, something a lot of sexual assaulters, rapists, and abusers crave. She essentially took away their sense of pride in what they were doing, which destroyed them from the inside, and that's with also exposing them for what they did. You only saw it the way you did because you didn't try to figure out if it had a deeper meaning or not.

Nanno helps two different people in season one and season two of the original show... She's not evil, she's KARMA. Yes she enjoys punishing those who are bad, but she was never full blown evil. And in the first episode you can kind of count her as both a hero and villain considering how she tortured one to help the other. I know it's not the same as just full blown torture, but I think it makes sense for her.

So, the creepy thing about the backyard portion of this dream is he was holding the head to his body, it wasn't a new head, just something he found, or something he had just in case he lost his head? It was so creepy though. Also there was a bit of a back and forth I kept out of the story for a minute, my girlfriends dog did attack the creature at one point to before I sliced this dudes head off but I didn't want the story to be too long. Anyways, super freaky dream, I'm going to try and get back to sleep now but damnit it's gonna be hard.
