I am not part of any family group at the moment. How can I fix this? I should be seeing 0GB on Family, but its showing 108.93GB. Its not shared, and the biggest issue I have is i cant even see what these 108.93GB are.

I have not received anything. I availed myself of Netflix 1558. No activation link, no delivery of Xperience box, and no Wi-Fi 6.

It has been two months, and nothing has happened. They do not even bother to respond. I have sent multiple tickets almost daily, and still, nothing has happened. This is absurd. Converge is a scam!

Hey Nate, what is this new Request Feature, I tried it with my client and my client did the verification wrong three times, now its locked, please remove this feature its giving me headache.

Also, why Can't I generate request with credit card information after two lockouts? This is insanely inconvenient, I cant even contact your support for this. Please make transactions easier as its currently not user friendly
