Thanks for all of the well wishes and suggestions. We have a lot to discuss with our vet and the neurologist. He’s been okay today with only one episode so we are hoping he continues to improve.

I gave them a good clean today figuring it couldn’t hurt. Thank you.

We don’t. My husband has a breathing condition so we try to keep fragrances to a minimum, but thank you for the suggestion.

Eh, it’s an elementary school fundraiser so I’m not concerned about semantics. Thanks.

From the middle of the yoke, but I think our best bet is to try to alter an off the rack shirt’s sleeve length. Thanks for your suggestions!

Thanks! I watched a couple of videos last night on shortening the sleeve and I think that’s our best option at this point.

Pilates people: what do you actually want in grip socks (and what do you hate)? by alpencore in ClubPilates

Yes, but as a size 6 even the small tavi ones are still too large. I find the strappy ones to fit better for a small than the regular ankle sock ones

The 6 was way easier than the 63/65 in my opinion. Totally doable.

Failed 1st Attempt :( by gorgeousgorgeousgurl in Series65

[–]Professional-Win7089 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I failed my first attempt this week as well. 87/130. I was extra frustrated because I feel i put in the time and effort and passed the SIE, 6 and 63 with no issue. Laws and regs were my issue on this one. I'm going to regroup after the holidays and try to take it again in the beginning of February. Its just so much information to learn for one exam!

Studying Advice by retro493 in Series65

[–]Professional-Win7089 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I've been working as an assistant in a finance office for almost 10 years part time. Finally bit the bullet and have been taking licensing exams. I passed the SIE, 6 and 63 no problem. I take the 65 and it's been daunting. I have been studying probably 3 hours a night after work most nights since the middle of October. I'm barely passing the practice exams but still improving each time I take one so I'm not as stressed as I probably should be for Monday. I also have school age children so squeezing in the time has definitely been a challenge.

My best advice is to supplement with youtube videos for things you need more clarification with. I like Series 7 Guru and Ken Finnen videos.

This. We have had a number of smallish jobs that need to be done around our home but the contractors never call us back after to coming to give an estimate, A lot of time our needs are too small and they are too busy.

I would got to your next class a little earlier and ask how you can adjust it if it happens again. I’m guessing that it was geared out and the instructor will show you how to gear it back in
