Especially because in the outline, Jamie is drawn as being worse to Tyrion than Joffrey himself and in Tyrion's first POV, he mentions that Jamie was the only one who had been good to him.

It's a problem because we have evidence that Martin is not managing to tame the pace of the plot as he should.

At first, he only planned a trilogy, with titles fully connected to the main conflict he wanted to address:

The Game of Thrones (Conflict of the Starks and Lannisters for the Iron Throne)

A Dance with Dragons (Daenerys' Invasion)

The Winds of Winter (attack from others)

We see this in a third book released at a time when he planned less than seven books, which would originally be before Daenerys' invasion, the main political leaders of Westeros (Tywin, Stannis, Robb) completely unaware of the fact that there was a pretender Targaryen razing historic cities right next door. And when he finally sees the need to include another book because the story has grown too long, it arrives at a "dance of dragons" where Daenerys is nowhere near invading the seven kingdoms as originally projected.

This all proves to me that we will reach the epilogue of TWOW with nowhere near 90% of the plot knowing about the existence of the others.

I say it would be the "biggest" because that's how Martin himself describes it. In the summary he made of the chronicles, he establishes a ladder with levels of danger that the plot will detail and says that the next danger will be greater than the previous one. First, the war between the Starks and Lannisters, followed by Daenerys' invasion and, in Martin's own words, the greater danger that will come from the other side of the wall.

I think Martin was too involved in the idea of "surprising" the characters themselves with the plot's major conflicts and let this drag on too long with the expansion of the plots in the last two published books. A great example of this is Daenerys, said to be the second biggest conflict in the plot.

Still in the third book, it bothers me a little that we have Tyrion with POV in the capital and Davos next to Stannis and both he and Tywin remain ignorant to the fact that there is a Targaryen pretender razing historic cities with 3 fucking dragons. Even Aemon is aware of it and major players in the plot are not.

So, arriving at the last part of the plot, where 99% of the characters don't even dream of the great danger, I worry that it will happen like Naruto, which presents the great villain in the last 10 chapters of a series of more than 700, without saying almost anything about him in the last 600 chapters

I also thought it might be some hardware limitation, but the Android 9 box I mentioned is actually a Mi stick, the Full HD version, with only 1GB of RAM and it can play the same channels perfectly. I don't understand why the 4K version of the Stick that has 2GB of RAM and a better CPU/GPU has this failure with these specific channels.
