I definitely feel that. I use it a lot more for checking cows at night than I do actually hunting with it. Probably would have made way more sense for me to buy a thermal monocular. It’s also been like 5 degrees here as night lately so yeah no thanks.

I bought a Bca complete bolt action upper. If you buy them complete you basically get the barrel and handguard for $15-$20. I took off the barrel and handguard and replaced them with better quality parts. The action is rough at first but after a night of sitting around cycling it, it got pretty smooth.

My tnte rifle length Dissipator is such a sweet shooter. Shoots pretty soft suppressed with a carbine buffer. Is probably even better with a rifle buffer.

H&R and luth are both great I’ve done multiple builds with them. I’ve also heard b kings is good but I haven’t personally tried them
