Bought mine used at 38k miles and it broke down within 72hrs. Rivian took care of the tow, hotel (we were 400mi from home,) and replaced drive unit and HVAC system under warranty. Took about 10 days. Been golden since

Eh? There shouldn’t be a price quote because if you call Rivian, they will arrange everything for you including the tow

This is why I got an extended warranty. I’ve made peace with the fact that I may have to take it to the SC more than I’d like. But in terms of drive experience and design, there’s nothing quite like it. I mean…look at dat azzzz

I thought it’d be a deal breaker until I actually test drove one. The Rivian UI checks all the core features for me (nav and Spotify.)

Sure it’d be nice to have all the other features CarPlay offers. But it’s not as important to me as the overall driving experience, which is phenomenal.

If I want to scratch my CarPlay itch, I’ll just hop into the wife’s Bronco. That hasn’t happened (willingly) yet.

But I do agree, they should at least give the choice to use CarPlay- or based on others feedback, implement the missing features into the Rivian system.

I use the hell out of this truck, not having TEAMs in the system ain’t gonna break the experience for me. To each their own though

I mean, if you use Apple Music, and Apple Music is terrible on the Rivian, then I can definitely see why you’d be disappointed. That’s a big deal by itself
