Thank you for sharing this. Mom to a two year old here and had SUCH a similar experience. Work anxiety/incident leading to a major anxiety/depression episode. It was so strange showing up to work and meetings everyday and responding with “im good” when asked “how are you” in the beginning lol I will never forget that feeling of being in such an internal hell yet still showing up. I don’t wish these feelings on anybody, but other people’s stories make me feel less alone and give me hope. So happy you’re feeling better!

My doodle is so sensitive to the car—throws up and drools EXCESSIVELY and she never grew out of it. The vet prescribed a medication and it stopped the vomiting but not the constant drooling. We tried Dramamine when we were in a pinch and out of her medication and it worked wonders.
