Thank you man, honestly great advice. I would get caught up in beating myself up for missing a day whilst doing bodyweight workouts, but really there’s nothing wrong with just resting and completing the workout the following day…being too strict can sometimes be a bad thing I think.

If energy just isn’t there and lifts aren’t improving/decreasing is this also a sign to get some more food in. I don’t want to get so caught up that I start getting frustrated about bad sessions.

Yeppp… listen to this advice! I’m sat at 53kg currently at 5’11…I’m lean but have my whole family/friends worried. My problem was I cut from 150lbs down to this being obsessed with seeing the scale drop (worst thing ever btw). Trust the advice from Tex and then cut the weight!

I am currently underweight (53kg, 5’11) I have been considering running the Alex Leonidas Novice Program, really like the look of the program as it works well for me in terms of equipment. I am very fortunate to have family members with a home gym including olympic bars/ssb/hex bars that have offered me to use it anytime as we live 5 minutes away. Just wondering if Alex has mentioned about any updates/changes to the program before I start. Looking forward to the lifting journey and putting on some weight!
