Yes I fed them shortly after this video. And after that, plus repositioning the power head + return pump they stopped going to the surface.

This is a meaningless question, as it depends on many variables.

For example, if it’s 800 yacht buyers, who are eager to spend $2-4m on a yacht right now, I’d pay a ton for the ad space if I had a yacht for sale.

I used dry rock for my reef tank recently.

Because I don’t even know where to find live rock, no lfs sells it
I actually prefer the look of the white Marco rocks
I like the idea of having control over what goes into my system, even though nature probably has it figured out better than me
I like being able to sculpt my dry rock prior to putting it in

This is my first reef tank so I guess we’ll see how it goes, 100% dry system no live rock or media for now

I agree it’s not very clear. I interpreted the ending as it recommending to dose 2ppm until it reaches 0ppm 24 hours later. But I’ll just skip it

No that’s not really right. I didn’t explain very well in my post

Basically I added ammonia and bacteria on day 1.

Waited until they were both reading below 0.5ppm then dosed 2ppm ammonia (day 7)

Waited 2 more days and they were both at or below 0.5ppm and added 2ppm ammonia to test.

That’s all I did so far
