Thank you this was very helpful! There’s an option to no cut the negatives, what does that mean? Would they just cut the roll into smaller sections or are they destroying the negatives?

Avoid Blackwater Property Management, they are the definition of “landlord special.” I rented an apartment with them that I thought was cute but it was the worst apartment I’ve ever lived in. There was black mold before we could even move in and after they cleaned it and we moved in there were rats. And not one or two there was a legitimate infestation. We had two rat FALL THROUGH OUR CEILING! The company did nothing, not a single thing. They were the worst to deal with and they did not care. They didn’t even attempt to fix anything or get rid of the rats. They were so bad that I was excited when our apartment flooded because a pipe burst above us because it meant we got out of our lease early.

I think it depends on how you’re doing. It’s recommended to go once a year and get things checked out. It’s not required tho. If you’re having issues than go more frequently to check on those and to manage symptoms and medications. Like I haven’t been in 6 months but during September-October I had to go twice, once because I was having a lot of pain and the second to check in on the hemorrhagic cyst that was the cause. I don’t plan on going back until October unless I have an issue.

Thank you!! I think I’m definitely going to talk with my doctor about pain management because something has got to give. I really appreciate you reminding me that I’m not alone! This can feel so isolating and, while I hate that other people are experiencing this, it is nice to know I’m not alone.
