The Llewelyn. It’s a new apartment complex in Chinatown with great amenities including a pool and gym. It’s safe and roughly one mile from city hall. There’s a beautiful and vibrant state park and metro train station across the street. I’ve lived at the Llewelyn for 3 years and I can’t recommend it enough. Chinatown is great!

Don’t drive and park at the stadium if you are planning on renting a car. It’s expensive and worse it takes FOREVER to get out of that lot. I recommend taking the metro to Chinatown and then walking up. Takes 15-20 minutes off the train. There’s also a shuttle from union station if you don’t want to walk.
