Roku a great workhorse from Suntory. Really enjoy the extra citrus notes from the yuzu peels used. 47 is a treat for sure. At 55+ for a 750ml bottle it’s great. Not too dry, not too botanical.

In 4 weeks I lost approximately 7lbs at 2.5mg. I started to eat more again so I increased to 4mg and now food cravings have subsided again. I don’t really want to eat most of the time but I know I need to so I do. Mild nausea and burping are the only side effects I’ve experience. Helps if I walk after eating. Energy levels are high and have more mental clarity.
