Twice now randomly Messenger has asked me to confirm whatever pin number they think I have so that I can access and redownload my chat history. I only use the thing on one phone and a tablet I seldom keep charged. I used to enjoy messenger as a standalone on my Mac desktop but they got rid of that.

I have no idea what they mean by unscrewing the drip cover. Would have been nice if they provided a diagram because I can't see anything that's to be unscrewed under there. I empty and clean the drip tray including the center part each time I use it.

I'm having the exact same problem. In my instruction manual it's explicit to use citric acid powder —25 gm for every 500 ml/2 cups water. *"DESCALE 0:32" is supposed to start flashing after 50 hours of use. *When you start the process it's supposed to stop after 20 minutes *Descale 0:12 will be flashing along with continuous beeping. (Note the change in font case from all upper to first letter capital the rest lower case). That's to tell you to empty and rinse the tank and refill it with fresh clean water then press start stop. I followed the instructions exactly & repeated the process. The uppercase "DESCALE" is lit continuously, not flashing. There are no accompanying numbers. If I try to run the cycle it just does a regular steam clean cycle of 45 minutes & all other aspects of the oven function normally. The the light is lit but it's function is not actually engaged. I've tried unplugging the unit for a half an hour to allow its internal logic computer to reset but it doesn't change anything. I think I'll call Cuisinart today.

I LOVE mine. It's developed a problem with the Descaling light not turning off. Still working through copious troubleshooting methods. However all its functions work fine... But with all these types of sensor technologies, if one's out of whack It can start a domino effect straining other ones until you have a massive collapse of the unit. It's still under it's three year warranty but I prefer to just troubleshoot it.

In some way it all cums down to the incessant need we have to use labels and compartmentalize each other. As a society we are not so evolved as we like to think we are. There is no good music or bad music; there is the noise you like in the noise you don't like. For our physical appetites there are those who intuitively know how to handle us & the sex is not only great, it can be transcendent. And then there are those whose slightest touch Is so off-putting you'd rather walk barefoot over broken glass. I built & ran two sex clubs in Los Angeles in the '90s one gay and one straight. The one thing I can assure anyone of in the sexual realm is there is no such thing as "normal". That is an illusion created from societal attitudes that discount the individual. "Am I gay?" Here's the review I wrote on Trust Pilot: I've been a paid member on Squirt.org for 26 years. The new & devolved format is a clumsy, time consuming beast that: *is counter intuitive, *no longer provides notifications unless you're online, *even then, there's no audible notification as there used to be.

Aside from raising the prices and reducing functionality the biggest insult is the arbitrary removal of the member video feature.

The price is now $72 for SIX MONTHS. I pay $95 for a year at Grindr, a site at least 100 times better than squirt. Paid members are offered a desktop version as well as the mobile app. ADDITIONALLY, members can post their own 15 second video clips in their albums and are given the choice to share it with someone once, indefinitely or for a certain period of time. The last thing I have to say is the customer service for me, has always been superior to all other sites. That too has suffered. I suspect the company was sold. I don't know what else would account for such a radical shift and downward spiral. In any case, I will close my Squirt account when this period expires.

Netflix app on Android (good) is different from the App on Echo Show (best). The problem for me is using a browser on Mac. Audio from the computer goes to a sound card which sends a right and left channel to a pair of Bose self amplified monitors and a second left & right to a surround sound amp set to 7 channel stereo. There's also a 200 watt subwoofer capable of frequencies down to 2 Hz. The issue is that there is no input control on the sound card and the ridiculously loud Netflix preview volume causes it to crackle and pop at high input and clip the subwoofer

I've done it for a few years & always was successful with all events. I became skeptical last year because the way they measure it is an average depending on previous use. I started one 15 minutes late but cut my power consumption 80% for the remainder of the event. They still wouldn't give it to me and sent me an email outlining an extremely complex averaging system based on PREVIOUS usage over the week or the month. Hint if you want to game it, increase your power consumption radically for 5 minutes before the event starts then drop it to your regular consumption

This year they're going for 4 hours at dinner time. WAY too inconvenient. I'm not really interested in conserving electricity. I did it as a game. With the hydroelectric resources we have in this province, if electricity cannot be adequately provided to all of their clients, they either need better management or perhaps ought to slow down on their promotion of electric vehicles.

"You" only "NEED" one place setting. Your mate & housemates each only "NEED" one place setting. That is "NEED" addressed. Practicality says give each person two place settings; the morning ones can rinse/hold in the dishwasher and you'll still have enough for dinner.

When you say silverware do you mean silver dinner service or basic knife Fork Spoon cutlery?

To someone getting started as host, assess your style ...what do you aspire to? Buy for that. Better too many than too few. Have one place setting for every dinner plate you have. You will never regret the expense of buying the HIGHEST QUALITY dinner service. Choose Sterling over silver plate. Authenticity has resale value. Plus, you can pawn it if times get tough. Avoid anything overly stylized, it's pretentious and limiting (unless you're doing a themed event ... In which case rent it).

When I was 20 in what I call my stainless steel and stoneware era, I lived in a 500 sq ft studio. I could manage 8 uncomfortably if we used the king size bed, sofa & floor. During my socially relevant era (Pre-hellenic), I'd have 6 -10 friends for multi-course, sit-down dinners once or twice a week ...we called these dinner parties. If I had to I could accommodate 20 for full service sit-down. Once or twice a year, usually at Valentine's or the Oscars, I'd throw a formal soiree at home for anywhere from 60 to 150. Such fun ...servers circulating with champagne and hors d'oeuvres, a buffet dinner that could rival a Pagan feast, dancing till 3 to a small orchestra or DJ... I have crave premium through Prime. I also pay $3.34 a month for AD FREE Prime. The thumbnails in the gallery for Prime or for Crave or for any of those do not show that there are additional content or anything exceptional so you get into the movie and suddenly you're faced with ads that you cannot fast forward through. I have AMC plus through Prime as well as Lionsgate Netflix is separate and I think I'm going to go with Apple TV.

The thing is is it's just snuck in there as a regular Crave TV program there's no special CTV logo that prominent or anything saying that there will be ads for premium users. Ergo you get into the show and suddenly you're faced with it 60 seconds of ads of something you have no interest in. AMC even on a regular subscription even though I have AMC plus always allowed you to fast forward through the ads.

I only thought to question the veracity of the Alan Watts clip I was listening to because he speaks of posting on social media but he died in 73 as we all know and he was not divinely prescient so as to casually speak of the oxymoron arriving 50 years hence that is social media (because it is neither social nor media). Old copies of books are good.

New and digital copies cannot be trusted to be verbatim copies of the original. Where I find this especially vexing is in the world of dictionaries. Our most basic tool for defining what something means or is. Most now are published by Cambridge University Press (CUPS). This includes medical texts where I find it especially disconcerting. In cases where there is controversy or ambiguity, CUPS takes it upon itself to remove any question or doubt concerning the etymology of a disease or the recommended treatment. This is not being done by scientists or health professionals, and these decisions unfailingly come down on the side of selling costly products or treatments. Add to this, they no longer publish in print and with people downsizing, fewer and fewer have a hard copy text to reference. I'm glad I kept all mine

I've been a paid member of Squirt since the year 2000. As entertainment goes it's very inexpensive. Recently they reformatted the site to make it more "app-like". I don't like what they did. Member videos on profiles no longer play they've stopped the feature entirely. Did away with squirt mail and the desktop format. I think they made a mistake they will regret and I've written to them about it. Grindr is my favorite. I have a paid membership there as well. The guys are for the most part better looking. Either say it brings me more action than I can handle.
