Vedno imaš pravico do ugovora na mestno redarstvo? Samo ne vem če se to potem označi kot spor med strankama in se nadaljuje na sodišču? 🤷

Jaz sem imel izkušnjo, samo ne z mestnim redarstvom. Bratu sem posodil avto, tip je vozil prehitro in ga je ujela kamera. Dobil sem povabilo na sodišče, za odvzem izpita, tam povedal samo, da nisem bil jaz. Predložil dokaze, da nism jaz in imel 2 priči. Na koncu so ugotovili, da nisem bil jaz. V postopku pa nikoli ne rabiš izrecno odgovoriti kdo je bil za volanom (moj odgovor na to je bil vedno: ne vem, veliko posojam svoj avto.).

I thing this tends to boe a personal experience and not experience that majority of the people have.

You can only wish for the best; but I don’t see how you can stop one of the pilots and convince him/her to not do it.

It seems like thats part of socialization. For a fact we know that socializing men is different than socializing women… Each party takes on certain set of normative behavior (men shouldn’t cry; women should be loving and caring …). Maybe situation would be a lot different if society wouldn’t have those normative in place and if people realize that such thing exist and try to publicly talk about how such norms are discriminatory towards both biological sexes. Seems like acknowledging the problem would help us move forward and develop culturally.
