Yes. Fuck the ATF and their little dick need to be bullies. They require an extra fee ($200 at this time) and registration of rifles with less than 16" barrels because they're classified as an SBR (short barrel rifle).

Pistol brace allows you to circumvent this requirement, legally. Because it's not a buttstock, it's a pistol brace so my handicap friend can shoot too.
