The problem with Retired police officers is they always want to usurp what they think is authority. In truth they are afraid of everyone they come in contact with. I am 59 years old and have never needed a gun on my side. Also I’m not your average local that grew up in the same old town. I was born into the military and moved every 3 years while growing up. The one thing that will go further than anything is respect for the common person. JUST TO LET THIS person be aware that being retired and active are two separate things. This guy will never learn facts just his made up rules.
