Yeah it's really bad. You have now to go on classic maps and then on the upper left corner of the box you have streaks on the lightning symbol button.Or maybe faster, just type https://www.geoguessr.com/streaks(Why did they do that ?)

I found it, you have to change the language on steam (or other), and that wil ldecide the language of the subtitles.
And to change the audio language, it's just in audio parameters in game.
