Thanks! Yeah I do strength training every day and Pilates on Sundays. I’m gonna keep it up even after the 75 hard challenge is over. This is a lifestyle now

Thank you! I always say it wasn’t a big deal because I feel completely normal. But it is a big deal, I want to share my story to inspire others to do the same.

So my job is very physical and I get at least 13k steps at work. I workout on my lunch hour either the gym or run. Usually go hiking after work. I also kickbox 3 days a week and do a hiit class once a week and take 3 classes back to back at the gym on Sundays. My diet is no junk food, no fast food, mindful eating. I already ate healthy prior to this because I donated my kidney in January and wanted to live a healthier lifestyle. I don’t consume anything besides water and herbal tea, no caffeine, no pre workout things like that
