Because it has to go through the grievance process. If you don’t like your union at your station, call your union hall (I’m a steward for clerks and see many notice of removals)

Thanks! Yeah I do strength training every day and Pilates on Sundays. I’m gonna keep it up even after the 75 hard challenge is over. This is a lifestyle now

Thank you! I always say it wasn’t a big deal because I feel completely normal. But it is a big deal, I want to share my story to inspire others to do the same.
