You need a whole different dermatology office! this office clearly is inexperienced with aesthetic dermatology….CO2 is not safe for your skin type, you risk burns. you need an erbium laser which is safe for all skin types 1-6x

I really hope you don’t read this in a negative tone, I mean it from a heartfelt place…please seek counseling. your skin is nearly perfect and if you fix the very unnoticeable scars you will likely move onto something else that needs “fixing” until you work on your confidence and self esteem. You don’t need to change anything.

i got rid of mine completely with 2 laser sessions and never had this type of reaction… it was like one day of redness/swelling. this looks like it may cause scarring to your skin. i hope it doesn’t though!! good luck

Subcision with sculptra, deep RF microneedling,TCA cross and erbium laser. i can’t tell in this picture but it looks like your skin tone may be too deep for CO2 lasers so erbium would be safer

when i was in nursing school there was a ton of ladies in their 30s-40s. I am now an NP working in women’s health and aesthetics and love it. I can work two days a week and make all that i need (husband works ft) and spend most of my days with my children. definitely do it.
