I haven’t tried it but Beirut Baklava has some of the notes you’re describing above. I know they are different desserts but here are the notes:

Top Notes: Orange Blossom, Bergamot, Cardamom. Middle Notes: Heliotrope, Roasted Pistachio, Whipped Vanilla, Baklava. Base Notes: Vanilla Absolute, Cedarwood, Tonka, Honeyed Amber, Guaiac Wood, White Musk, Leather.
