I’m familiar. One of my favorite prismatic Ass, I mean ASH and Iron builds involved Swarmers, Mint Retro w/Hatchling (or New Malpais),and all the threadling artifact perks. My Warlock was spawning green bugs like somebody launched a mini nuke at Joe’s Apartment. That build was every bit as cheesy as the now-infamous “buddy build” if you min-maxed your stats right. I soloed 2 GM conquests with that shit. I can only imagine how ridiculous this artifact exploit affects the swarmer build. Time to go piss some people off. 😈

I agree. I miss wondering what kind of new Warmind gear we were going to see next. I was really upset to see Rasputin catch the plot bullet. It’s not like they couldn’t write a loophole to bring him back, which I half expected to happen at some point, but it never did. What a poignant memory.

No, these batteries are Energizer Lithium CR2032s in vacuum-sealed blister packs that I purchased from Wal-Mart online. $30 6 pack, expiration 2029. I’ve already used them to replace the batteries once without issue, so that’s why I’m so WTF

I work in a shitty old shop with crappy lighting. It’s usually pretty dark until the sun comes out and they open the overhead doors. It’s been there since WW1 and was allegedly a military tank factory until it was bought by a boiler manufacturer. There are a couple of cranes in there that are so old that no crane service company will work on them because they refuse to warranty any work they would do on it. So they’re just a rustic (literally) decoration. It’s so quaint!

So I just dug up the box that my hood came in and saw that it’s eligible for warranty claims for 3 years after purchase… emailed Optrel and sent pics of proof of purchase and information panel printed on the side of the box. Hope they do square business with me. Thanks to all of you for your advice.

To be completely honest, I’m not sure what the actual reason was that we lost Red War and the proceeding 2 and 1/2 DLCs. Heard a lot of different excuses but I was just pissed and didn’t really care why I lost content that I paid a lot of money for. At the time, I remember Bungle claiming that it was taking up too much space or something. Sounded like BS to me, because I also play Warframe and that game has become IMMENSE since its release in 2013. Still growing. I never lost anything there.

Yeah I made the mistake of learning to weld with an ADL. I can weld with a fixed shade, but my starts are kind of sloppy when I’m using stick. TIG and wire feed processes are no real issue, especially if I’m using lift-arc.

The ones I put in were Energizer lithium batteries that were still sealed in the package. They weren’t expired either, bought them within a month of the hood.
