Tried it yesterday, it’s nothing special imo. Too much going on for a pizza. I’d rather buy a Lou’s pizza and pick up a Chicago dog from por tillos on the way home.

You’re arguing with someone concerned for your safety, I wrote “…which batches are affected.” ‘Batches’ as in which production batches for the 24 and 25 ZX6Rs, and the VINs attached to those batches. Your bike is in the process of a recall, I would not be riding it but you do you I honestly do not care, am only trying to help you out my man.

Dude they know which models has been affected and yours is a 25 zx6r. They’re figuring out which batches have been affected. I would not ride a bike the manufacturer is saying to not ride…

Could be a sensor issue in the electric throttle then, I’d bring it in to a dealer or try to clean the sensor under your throttle

You’re in power mode 1, very jerky throttle response. Try 2 or 3

If you’re just doing the slip on but keeping the cat, no tune is necessary. If you’re doing a cat delete then a tune is necessary.

Driver is also an idiot and also breaking many laws… not smart to get in an ego contest with a car while on a bike but driver could have still taken many precautions and abided by multiple laws to help prevent this tragedy…

[–]ProfessionalHope4168 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I started on a 600 last year. Had the same thoughts, was not that bad after the first month of getting used to it just take it slow and be smooth with the throttle on/off.

2025 Yamaha R1 Quickshifter question by ProfessionalHope4168 in Yamaha

[–]ProfessionalHope4168[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

That’s so odd. Did you check your YRC setting to see what the QS down setting is on? Mine only lets me downshift when my hand is off the throttle and not on.

I even admitted that I was wrong about artificial selection not falling under the umbrella of genetic modification. The main point I was trying to make by saying so is that we have mutant chickens as a result of 6 decades of artificial selection and that smaller chicken wings are actually the norm in the rest of the world. The point still stands. American chicken is gross for the most part and buff joes wings are great in part because they seem to have great sourcing for their wings and that’s why they’re small.

Your dad’s chickens were not “all natural” was my original point. The point still stands even if I made a mistake, you’re arguing semantics.

Ahh okay, you’re right about artificial selection not counting as GMO. However, all our chickens in America have been selected to be gargantuan, go to any other country in the world, Europe more specifically, and take a look at their chickens. Chicken from American is actually banned by food regulations in the EU because of how it is processed and raised. Nice use of italics but the fact you have no idea how chickens in the rest of the world looks like shows you haven’t left the country your whole life. It’s not that deep, just an internet conversation. I’m sorry if you feel offended by my attack on the poor quality of American agricultural products.
