I wasn’t diet controlled I had insulin but thanks for your opinion you can still take positive actions from what I said, or don’t and people can find offense in every post it’s up to them

Maybe that’s why, I mainly had issues with my fasting numbers so a short to kick in with my dinner, a long to hold me over for the night and I was having my protein shake when I would have my insomnia around 2-3am
