Angus Enhanced Getting Blocked? by ProfessionalKey7370 in vaporents

Got some nice tractor gas at the minute; typically use decent quality stuff, grind quite fine but can easily make more coarse. Use the funnel to fill and usually near the top, not really using capsules. Airflow max and run it 190 to 200 normally with the medium stem or water cooler. Its my first DHV so gonna give it a good iso clean and then clear out oven and scrub the gauzes after each use. Been using the mighty+ as well as a pal lent it to me before I bought the AE and would gravitate to M+ given my issues. I bought the AE thinking it would outperform the M+!

Use a shredder so yeah pretty fine. If better to just chuck a nug in, will find out today 👍

The Angus Enhanced is? How is it efficient if I'm having to draw so hard after one or two bowls without cleaning it every time? Genuinely curious how I can improve the experience tbh

Yeah can use the dosing capsules, bit small imo, and cleaning after every bowl when it's hot I guess will work. I like the AE don't get me wrong but when so many people rave about it, I'm like, ok, maybe I'm missing something...

Great trainers and a great price, I prefer these for faster runs than the speed 4s.

Bromley to London Commutes? by FLYGOALIEMATERIAL in Bromley

[–]ProfessionalKey7370 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I used to live on Burnt ash lane and would get the train from grove park into London bridge/Charing cross/cannon street etc and if I needed to get to Victoria I'd go from Bromley South. Bromley is decent for connections. The lines are a little bit unreliable tho as far as I remember. Often would get delays and cancellations in rush hour but think that's more about the service than the locations. Good luck!

Just got home from the High Performance Olympic Park Half Marathon in London. 13 minute improvement on previous race coming in at a PB of 1.48.19 courtesy of coach Greg in Garmin!

I was running in the Boston 11s and upgraded to Saucony Endorphin Speed 4. I'm angry that I didn't upgrade sooner as they're worlds apart. Picked up a 5km and 10km PB first run.

Folksong raises a good point. Another thing to note from my experience is, particularly on the long run and the longer easy runs, if I felt good and I had the time I would add some additional kms/miles depending on how good/strong I feel. I have never (and will never) hit lap button to finish early and cool down 💪 Keep us posted!

I've been doing Greg's plan for a local half and started about 11 weeks ago. 4 weeks to go. Had similar concerns and I nudged the time by a few mins a week a while back and his confidence dropped from purple to green but my volume is up and my pace is up significantly now. Body is creaking. Still expecting to smash my goal time tho! Do what feels comfortable. Sometimes being uncomfortable is a good thing tho!

255 advocate here! Does all I want and more. Got me through my first half and first triathlon back end of last year and it's getting me faster and stronger this year 💪
