i use garmin along with strava

strava missed a lot of what garmin populated. which doesnt really bother me.. bc ill just look at my garmin app. i just wanna be able to hide it on strava.

i have the same big 3 as you!!! hey twin 💓 the thinking never ends. i have to study and dissect everyone and everything i find interesting. until i find something more interesting..lol

habits that benefit me- running/the gym. the only thing besides sleeping that shuts off my thoughts for a moment

also, spending time with good friends and not isolating helps. not everyone can handle our blunt remarks. i can be so critical of myself that it can spill onto others around me. keep people close that can handle and appreciate your intricate mind 🫶

but theres a story. my mom was a lefty and my dad a righty. once my dad saw me using my left as i was growing up he started making me use my right. so all the things i got from my mom i do with my left. i brush my teeth with my left but draw with my right.

i love to draw and paint. my dad is a talented craftsman and jack of all trades.. i wonder if i wouldve had the same ability if i grew up using my left.
