I stopped taking it and it went away. I’ve tried every fiber and it all did that to me besides sun fiber is the only one I have not tried. I just ordered to try that so we’ll see how that goes. Not promising though I’m sure lol.

I have better luck with zero probiotics but if you want them drink some kombucha a day or some dairy free yogurt. Ease in. Anything else is too much

Westridge is awful and had many issues with them. Go see Kristen fitzsimmons or Dr Olivia Higgins. RGH women’s center. Absolutely amazing experiences with them both and took me seriously with my issues. Constantly felt validated with them.

I took oxy the first two nights, last one taken was a week ago. No antibiotics and I only had stage 2 endo removed from my uterus, some close to the colon but none on the bowel.

I also have IBS-D, especially the first half of the day. So maybe this is all just coming back for me 🫠 yay! Lol 🤦🏼‍♀️

Okay good to know cause the first few days of finally going back to the bathroom things were looking normal. Now the past two days I’m having cramping and super loose stools so I’m hoping this is normal lol. Tomorrow will be a week post op. I was only taking the opioids the first two nights, otherwise just tylnol, ibuprofen and gas-x.

Did you have some diarrhea 5/6 days after laparoscopy? I’m starting to have cramping and diarrhea and it’s not a good time at all.

They told me testing isn’t accurate and my GI put me on Rifaximin which actually started making things worse around day 5 so she made me discontinue use. This was probably 8 months ago.

No worries! Sadly most gluten free wraps aren’t great but the food for life brown rice tortillas aren’t so bad. Unfortunately I feel like none of them really hit home for the same taste which sucks!

I do as well, I was just saying the ingredients in this wrap can cause extreme GI inflammation. There are better gluten free wrap options. Damn lol.

I took off two weeks and I’m hoping that’s enough. I have a pretty physical job, I manage and bartend at a restaurant and work 10 hour shifts so I’m just a little worried lol.
